REGISTERED NURSE(RN) and LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE(LVN)
Registered Nurse and Licensed Vocational Nurse position requirements:
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills with patients and staff.
- Must be able to work well within a team.
- Must have excellent communication skills, verbal, and written.
- Must have physical ability to adequately perform necessary duties.
- Must be able to travel to patients’ homes (dependable car required for home visits).
- Must be computer literate
- Bi-lingual is a plus.

- Current California RN or LVN License
- Current Professional Liability Insurance
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Proof of Auto Insurance
- Social Security Card and Proof of eligibility to Work in the U.S.
- Current CPR card
- Current Physical Exam

PHYSICAL THERAPIST(PT) and OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST(OT)

Caregiver Position Requirements:
- Previous Caregiving experience
- CNA preferred but no required
- Bi-lingual is a plus
